Cancellation terms
In the unlikely event that you are unable to use our guesthouse and have to cancel your planned stay, you must report this to us as soon as possible.
If there is a cancellation by the tenant, the owner(Releash Aljezur) is entitled to the following compensation:
o Up to 8 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total rent.
o Within 8 weeks to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the total rent.
o Within 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rent.
If your reservation is made in a different way than directly via www.releash-aljezur.com the cancellation policy may differ from the above cancellation policy.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance in any case.
